If you were wondering why there is no question mark key on the hindi tranditional or Devanagri INSCRIPT keyboards… They are there, just hidden in a convoluted place. The left alt and right alt keys behave differently on these keyboards on Windows 10/11.
You will find the question mark right where it is on the EN_US QWERTY keyboard layout by pressing the modifier key [RIGHT ALT]. So the full key combination to get it would be:
[RIGHT ALT] + [SHIFT] + /
Without the SHIFT key, you’ll get the /.
